Clubs Evaluation Mechanism:

The Student Clubs Board of Directors and its regular meetings.

• Vice Dean for Cultural and Social Activities

• Director of Student Clubs Administration

• Deputy Director of Student Clubs Administration

• The club supervisor or club coordinator, an employee of the Deanship

• Students are the club trustees

Evaluation Mechanism:

1- The periodic meetings of the members of the board of directors of the student clubs for the members of the club, and they meet four times per academic year; Twice the first semester and twice the second semester, and it can be called for a meeting whenever necessary.

2- The existence of a plan and various purposeful programs for the club (seminars, lectures, meetings, competitions, trips, visits, workshops, training and qualification courses in the field of the club’s specialization, exhibitions) at the beginning of the school year in line with the club's vision and goals.

3- Providing activities and programs continuously during the academic year according to the plan drawn up for this:

• Implementation of many different programs and activities

• Participation in various events

• Implementation of joint programs with other clubs.

• Final report after each event with photo documentation.

4- Making an annual report (magazine - documentary publication - motion graphics - infographic - visual film) at the end of the academic year.

5- The existence of effective social communication channels and club activities to communicate between students and respond to their inquiries.

6- Members of the club obtain prizes or advanced positions in the various participations and competitions. The club encourages its members, rehabilitates them, develops their skills on initiatives and innovations, highlights them and honors the participants in the club's activities.

7- The presence of news and advertisements for the club on the website of the Deanship of Student Affairs and social media channels, with continuous update.

8- The presence of members of the student number not less than 15 (5) executive team and (15) active students.

9- Having a club headquarters and activating it in the presence of members of the club to receive students participating in the club’s programs within specific and previously announced dates.
