In the Third Innovation Exhibition

His Excellency, Dean of Student Affairs - Dr. Ayman Ben Saleh Fadhel, met with the members of the Standing Committee of the Talent and Creativity Center in the Deanship of Student Affairs so as to discuss the activities of the center, including establishing and equipping a specialized workshop for scientific innovations in which students practice preparation and processing for innovative projects, and ensure the needs of this workshop of devices, electronic and electrical items under the supervision of specialists in these areas. They also discussed the establishment of a permanent exhibition of innovations and inventions where the outputs of the training workshops are presented. Another issue that was discussed was the university hosting of the summer enriching Talent Program of the year 2013.

            Dr Ayman Fadhel said that the university will participate in the third Innovation Exhibition, and in the International Exhibition and Forum, organized by the Ministry of Education. He also said that the Center of Talent and Creativity has the support and attention of His Excellency, the university's Rector Prof. Ossama Ben Sadeq Tayyeb, and the patronage of His Excellency the university's Vice Dean Prof. Abdullah Mahraji. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency thanked the members of the Committee for their dedication and the insights and ideas they have come up with which will promote the center and develop it.

            The meeting was attended by the members of the Standing Committee, His Excellency the Dean of Faculty of Education, Dr. Saad Al Afandi, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Habeeb, His Excellency the Vice Dean for Housing and Nutrition, Dr. Mohammed Al Shahrani, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Baahattab, the Executive Director of Students' Fund Mr. Ayedh Al-Otaibi, the Director of Students' Clubs Mr. Abdullah Baahattab, the Center's Director Mr. Youssef Jomhur, and the secretary of Talent Center Mr. Basem Al Ghamdi.

            It is worth mentioning that the Center of Talent and Creativity in the Deanship of Student Affairs has many local and international participations in the areas of innovation and creativity.  Furthermore, it has achieved advanced positions in innovation and scientific research competitions.
