training unit

 

In the interest of the center to raise the skill level of the student, it proceeded to provide a training service inside and outside the Deanship of Student Affairs.

Training Unit Sections:

  • Training of female students assigned to subject teachers.
  • Training of students who personally want to be trained.

Conditions for training female students assigned by the subject teacher:

  • The student must be a regular and continuous student.
  • The student’s training should be part of the student’s scientific subject requirements.
  • Student commitment to working hours.
  • Sending a letter from the professor of the course stating (the student’s name - her university number - the college - the name of the course, the name of the professor - the number of required training hours - the university email of the professor - the university email for the student to communicate with her - the department in which the student is required to train).
  • Sending an evaluation form from the professor of the subject to the student, which will be filled out later by the training supervisor.
  • The minimum number of expected training hours is 10 hours.
  • The student must evaluate the training entity electronically after completing her training hours.

Conditions for training students wishing to be trained:

  • To be regular and continuous study.
  • The student must complete a minimum of (15) hours during one semester to obtain a statement.
  • Commitment to attend training according to the student's free time.
  • The student’s evaluation of the training entity after completing her training hours.

Documents that students wishing to train must bring:

  • A copy of the academic schedule (final registration).
  • A statement of the student's spare hours.

 

(Mechanism for training students who wish to be trained)

  • The student attends the training unit at the Student Service Center (Building 65, window 4) and registers her data in the training request form with the responsible, attached with a copy of the study schedule (final registration) and specifying her free hours, or the student can request training directly by sending an email to the unit’s mail ( dsag.training@kau.edu.sa).
  • An email is sent to the student via her university e-mail indicating (the name of the entity in which the student will be trained, the place, the date of the start of her training, the name of the supervisor of her training, the electronic assessment link).
  • The student goes to the training body on the date specified for her (provided that the number of training hours shall not be less than (15) training hours in one semester to obtain a statement).
  • After the student completes her training hours, the evaluation form of the entity in which the student was trained is filled out.
  • The training module is reviewed for a signed and stamped statement from the module.

 

(Mechanism of training female students commissioned by the subject teachers)

  • To be sent to the e-training unit (dsag.training@kau.edu.sa)

- A letter from the professor of the subject stating (the student’s name, her university number, the college, the name of the course, the professor’s name, the number of required training hours, the university email for the professor, and the university email for the student to communicate with her, the skills to be trained on and the candidate body for training).

- An evaluation form from the teacher of the subject for the student to be filled out later by the training supervisor.

  • The minimum number of expected training hours is 10 hours and above (no less than that, the student is trained, but without an evaluation by us).
  • The student must be committed to attending the training on the agreed date.
  • The evaluation of the student, after being filled out by the training authority, is sent to the subject teacher via e-mail to the subject teacher.
  • The student must evaluate the training body electronically after completing her training hours, and it will be sent to the student via her university mail.
