Booking mechanism

The student prints and fills out the form (the form is attached ).

The student received the form after filling it out in Building (65) on the first floor, Room No. (2A- 3), the supervisory services unit.

The person responsible for the reservation reviews the reservation schedule to make sure that there is a possibility to book the day and place that the student wishes to hold the party.

The student is given a copy of the permit after it is stamped and approved by the Supervisory Services Unit, and the original is kept.

The student goes to the supervisor of the forum in which the ceremony is held and receives a copy of the permit on the same day of the ceremony.
