If you forget the card:
When the student forgets her university card, she is required to review the permit officer to stamp her permit so that she can exit the university, knowing that the violation of forgetting exposes the student to the following penalties:

• The first time the student writes a pledge not to repeat the violation.
• The second time, a warning is given to the student.
• If the violation is repeated for the third time, the student will pay a cash fine of (50) riyals by depositing it in the Student Fund account No. (2680154924) at Samba Bank
If the card is lost:
• Verify the student's data and when it is proven correct
• A temporary card is issued for a period not exceeding one month.
• If the card is not found after the lapse of this period, the student must bring the temporary card and hand it over to the Lost and Found officer to sign on granting the student a new card, after she has paid an amount of (50) riyals to the Student Fund account No. (2680154924) in Samba Bank, and bring (a copy of The deposit slip of yellow color) and handed over to the comprehensive center at the Deanship of Admission and Registration to issue a new university card for the student.
